J Foster Architects was appointed to convert an existing 65 sqm top floor including loft spaces in Islington in the Sotheby Road Conservation Area. The structural alteration of the roof structure to create additional height and the addition of bespoke joinery, two mezzanines created two spacious bedrooms and a study/library. Construction commenced in April 2022 and completed in January 2023.
