J Foster Architects was appointed to convert an existing 120 sqm duplex flat in Islington, within the Barnsbury Conservation Area. The addition of an enlarged kitchen, rebuilding of a prominent bay window, and new conservation style sash windows throughout created an elegant set of internal spaces whilst upgrading the building fabric and heating system. Construction commenced in July 2022 and completed in January 2023.
